We hope you love all your purchases, but we know sometimes returns have to happen!
We offer store credit on our returns, and exchanges where possible.
The following items are final sale, and ineligible for return or exchange:
- Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
- Jewelry and watches.
- Perishable goods.
- Seasonal and holiday merchandise.
- Bath and beauty products.
Other items may be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
- All items must be in the original packaging.
- They must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
- Original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after receipt of purchase.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Store credit on returns does not include shipping charges, and customers are responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.
