Adora Boutique asks that all customers read over the site's Terms & Conditions carefully before placing their order. By placing an order with our online store, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions described in the below categories. These categories outline our delivery process, payment options, return policy, as well as other information that will help you with the shopping process. Please be sure to read our Privacy Policy before placing an order.

Adora Boutique accepts no responsibility for items whose color is not identical to that seen on website. Different displays and web browsers can have an effect on the way an item looks on the website; Adora Boutique is not responsible for this difference in color.

Once your order has been confirmed it is not possible to make any changes.

Adora Boutique may, at our discretion, change these terms and conditions without notice. As such please be sure to always read the information given before placing an order.

POSTAGE & SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

We estimate your order will arrive at your delivery address within the following timeframes: Within Newfoundland & Labrador: 3-5 business days. To other provinces: 4-9 business days. Orders will be delivered by Canada Post to residential addresses between 9am and 8pm on weekdays, and business addressed between 9am and 5pm. A flat delivery fee of $15.00 applies to all orders shipped, and free in-store pickup is available.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We are not accepting international orders at present, but will update this section as our delivery infrastructure expands. 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. Our return policy aims to make this as easy as possible to provide you a wonderful shopping experience.

The following items are final sale:

  • All sale, discounted or clearance items.
  • Leggings and tights.
  • All jewelry and watches.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Seasonal and holiday merchandise.
  • Bath and beauty products.

Other items may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

  • All items must be in the original packaging.
  • They must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Returns must be postmarked no later than 14 days after receipt.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days.

The best way to seek a refund is to start by sending us an email at [email protected] to confirm that your item is eligible for a refund. If eligible, you should then mail us your order with a copy of your receipt. We will then inspect the order and notify you via email if your refund is approved or rejected. If you are approved a refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that refunds are issued for the amount of the items purchased only, and do not include postage costs for original or return shipping.

If you are shipping a returned item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CARE INFO

Always be sure to read the care instructions located on a tag inside your Adora Boutique garment, or otherwise included with your purchase. Following these instructions when laundering will help to ensure the longest life of your garment. Treat all stains immediately for best results, and never store garments with stains. Do not rub stained areas as you could cause fabric damage, instead blot gently. If using a spot cleaner always use one recommended for the type of stain and fabric. Always test spot cleaners on an inconspicuous spot before attempting to clean the stain.

Any personal information we collect will be kept in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Any personal information you supply via our website is accessible only by Adora Boutique and their authorised agents and partners. We protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Adora Boutique uses this information to send you information about special offers and discounts and updates on our products.
