How It Works

1. Choose Your Chain

Browse our available permanent bracelet chains and choose the style that feels most like you. Whether you love something dainty, classic, sparkly, simple, or a little extra, we will help you find the perfect option.

2. Make It Yours

Add a charm for a personal touch, or keep your bracelet beautifully minimal. We will custom fit the chain to your wrist so it feels comfortable and looks just right.

3. Get Welded

Once you are happy with the fit, we will weld the chain closed. There is no clasp and no fuss, just one quick little spark and you are all set.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the chain and any charms you choose.

Sterling silver bracelets start at $85.
Gold filled bracelets start at $99.

Additional charms are priced separately.

Rewelds

Rewelds are free within the first seven days of your appointment.

After the first seven days, rewelds are $10, provided the original chain is still in suitable condition.

Does it hurt?

Not at all. The welding process does not touch your skin. It is quick, simple, and over in a spark.

How long does an appointment take?

Most appointments are fairly quick. You will spend a few minutes choosing your chain and getting the fit just right, while the welding itself only takes a moment.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk ins are welcome when we have availability, but appointments are recommended.

If you are travelling to Whitbourne, visiting with friends, or planning a special outing, booking ahead is the best way to avoid disappointment.

Can I get one with a friend?

Absolutely. Permanent bracelets make beautiful friendship bracelets, mother and daughter keepsakes, bridesmaid gifts, birthday treats, anniversary pieces, or a sweet addition to a girls’ day.

Can I add a charm?

Yes. We will show you our available charm options in store and help you choose something that complements your chain.

Can I take it off?

Yes. Carefully cut the bracelet at the jump ring using small scissors or nail clippers.

Keep the chain somewhere safe and bring it back to us if you would like to have it rewelded.

What if I need to remove it for a medical procedure?

That is completely fine. Cut the bracelet at the jump ring, keep the chain safe, and bring it back when you are ready to have it put on again.

Will it set off airport security?

Permanent bracelets are generally not an issue when travelling through airport security.

What happens if my bracelet breaks?

Bring it back to us and we will take a look.

If the chain is still in good condition, we may be able to reweld it. Rewelds are free within the first seven days of your appointment and $10 after that.

How do I care for my permanent jewellery?

Your permanent jewellery is made for everyday wear, but a little care will help keep it looking its best.

Avoid unnecessary pulling or tugging, especially with delicate chains. Use a jewellery polishing cloth when your bracelet needs a refresh.

Chlorine, harsh cleaning products, and heavy wear can be hard on jewellery, so take extra care while swimming, cleaning, exercising, or doing anything rough with your hands.
